3 yrs after 3 Idiots, Aamir Khan in a Lead Role again!!!
If u goto 'Talaash' with this thought, expecting his best movie, u will be disappointed. Go without any expectations and u will like the movie.
Its 1st time that Aamir has acted in this genre! Farhan Akthar and Anurag Kashyap's dialogues in the 1st half are major plus !! :)
Its nice that the suspense doesn't break till the 2nd part of 2nd half.
After that, if u start to think what the plot might be and find it out b4 they reveal it in the movie, then u will turn out to be a loser like me, with a little disappointment on your face when all others seem to have enjoyed the movie. :( Hence dont think about the suspense end unless it comes hits u on your face!!
As per his request, kindly donot share the suspense element with any1 else knowing which the film wont be interesting at all!!
Acting wise all are excellent. But the storyline is lacking. It was more of an emotional drama than that of any investigation. The hero was alwys in pensive mood and he didnt try to do much of any ivestigation. I mean he was not much proactive in his investigation. his character could have been much stronger. The movie could have been a much more thriller than it is. The pace of the film could have been faster. The cop is shown as very weak personality where his emotions took over his actual duty to investigate. To say the cop didnt ivestigate much as everything went on revealing because of kareen kapoor.
ReplyDeleteWhat u've told are right.. This could've been acted by any1 yet Aamir with such superstardom acting in such an underplayed manner is what makes the difference.. Personally I felt he could've chosen a better script, yet the film was engaging for its plot and not because of his character..
