Undone Series Review !!

Undone is a fabulous attempt of mixing surrealism and reality at its best. Having missed to watch the much acclaimed 'Loving Vincent' on screen, I made an extra attempt to binge watch the entire season of Undone, an artistic and kaleidoscopic way of approach to the character arcs. 

After having met a near fatal road accident, Alma start to get visions of her dad appearing at odd places who request her to bend time, go back to his night of death and alter the past. 

The time bending techniques which Alma learn reluctantly were canvassed so well in an oil painting touch over the live captured visuals. Also being a Tamizhan, I was surprised and excited that Alma's boyfriend was also Tamil by origin. I was expecting with a tinge of doubt whether he would turn out to be a Tamizh by looking at his facial features and yay he was !! Looking forward to see his reaction when Alma reveals the vision she saw about his childhood :)

Alma's mockery at everything started  irritating me after a while however we can only admire this series through her point of view hence had to endure the irritation. The season ended with melancholy and in Inception style. An amazing start it was to Alma's journey. Even if there is no further season to come, the end  is already wholesome!!? 

Well... A new Beginning all over again

It has been two years since I made a resolution to keep blogging often. But there were more than one factor to keep demotivating from doing so !!

The first factor was my thought as to who will read my blogs at end of the day in their own busy lives!! In this millenia of Twitter and Instagram, where everything that matters are those 120 words or the filtered rainbow colored pout pic of someone, who will  have the patience to  sit and read through my crap??

Well  that was my primary reasoning and every other factor just clinged to this very query!!

And now after much ado, here I am writing, sorry typing my first very own lengthy crap, ok blog :)
If there is none to read mine, atleast there will be a future 'me' who will  read it after attaining 60 years and lost his memories, out of curiosity as to what he had been thinking half his life cycle before!! What a nostalgic feel this would be giving him !! Oh my God, I couldn't wait to turn sixty!! No, actually I can wait for another thirty years. So let the stream of thoughts be transformed into typewritten words and get stored in Internet till then!!

Ok coming to the second factor which stopped me from writing!!

The question was what  if  someday I write a superb story online in a forum available to public and somebody steal that story and without giving me due credits, make a larger than life movie out of it and earn in millions ?!! Hmm instead of that, we both can suffer by living this non-creative routine life !! That's the second main reason which stopped me from writing at that part of my life when even bigger movies that I wait and watch in my regional language Tamizh, have concepts stolen from a struggling story teller !!

The third main reason was pure laziness and to maintain this page of  mine in blogger.com

But one December day in 2018, a flash of what  Joker had quoted in 'The Dark Knight' came across my mind in my sleep. I made sure in morning that Joker really had told that quote and patted my shoulder instead of my superb sub-consciousness which works in mysterious ways !! The quote was "If you're good at something, never do it for free!"

So will try my luck here everyday for quite some time till I get commercial ads and profit because of them :) Well after that, I will be here everyday on good will ofcourse ;)
